I've always craved the desert. Growing up in the lush, green, mountainous PNW it was the juxtaposition I always craved. I've explored the red rocks of Utah, the barren lands across the southwest, and then one day I found Joshua Tree.

Joshua Tree is funky, western, spiritual, weird, spacious, and inspiring.  It's a small town with an endless amount of creative spirit.  Anywhere you look, you'll see young souls pushing boundaries of what they can create on their own.

Today, I'm introducing you to one of my favorite places.
A place I poured my work into, my soul into.  In an area where help is limited, I learn how to build it on my own.
In an area where inspiration is everywhere, I wake early with a motivation to create something beautiful & peaceful.
In a part of town with no noise, I practice being alone in solitude with the desert.  And when I crave something new, I explore the vibrant shops, cafes, and parks a short drive away.

I've created this space as a place of healing. As a place of inspiration. A place to encourage stillness + creativity.  Today, I'm sharing it with you, another creative soul - if you feel this place is a stop on your journey.

A spiritual place for artists.

There's nothing quite like the feeling of being out here.

Alone for miles. You can yell and sing at the top of your lungs and no one will hear. Walking outside the door and feeling the sunlight warm your skin all times of year. The quiet peace of knowing your surroundings remain unchanged.

A few birds stop by, a few coyotes sing at night. Outside of that, stillness.

Space to rest, space to create.

Space to dance, because no one is watching.

"I can’t recommend this place enough! So much thought was put into the decor and amenities. The property is fairly large, with plenty of areas to hangout and sit outside as well. It was quiet and secluded and offered the perfect staycation. Lindsey was an incredible host! "

"Absolutely wonderful. I have been staying at vacation homes for years and I don't think I have ever stayed in such a lovingly and beautifully curated space. Lindsay was a fantastic host, always there to answer questions when needed. The place looks exactly like the pictures. This place is perfect for a couple looking for a serene, wellness-focused break in the nature of Joshua Tree. Lindsey's place is an oasis in the desert: we saw jackrabbits, countless birds and heard coyotes howl in the distance at night. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular and seen on the horizon from the property and gardens, I recommend making a coffee and watching the sunrise on the bench by the bougainvillea...The sun room is a magical space to be in, I did yoga there every morning (the light pours in), we spent our evening's there playing games. The gardens are beautiful: at night build a bonfire and star gaze!"

Have an idea in mind? I’d love to hear it. Let’s begin with a simple note.
