The idea was simple on paper and fun in practice: bring the sugary, bright energy of a summer day into a Christmas shoot, and let the two seasons collide. It’s the kind of creative exercise that keeps my eye sharp between client sessions — dreaming up a concept, casting it, styling it, and bringing it to life frame by frame.
A Local Collaboration
The lovely Lindsay modeled for this one, bringing exactly the bubbly energy the concept needed. For props and flavor, I partnered with Crooked Crown, a local spot on Spring St. in downtown Charleston known for their alcoholic popsicles — the perfect prop for a holiday shoot with a summer twist.
