A Wedding Steeped in Tea Party Charm
Justine and Sarah hand-picked nearly every piece of their tablescape themselves — mismatched teacups and saucers, delicate doilies, and teapots standing in for centerpieces. Guests got to take a teacup home at the end of the night, a sweet little keepsake from a genuinely one-of-a-kind celebration. For their ceremony, the brides chose the cabin’s greenhouse as their altar, filling the glass-walled space with soft light and green.
Eloping at an A-Frame Cabin in Washington
Being Washington, a little rain was always in the forecast. We kept plenty of umbrellas on hand and moved the meal indoors when the sky opened up, and it barely slowed the party down. If anything, it made the day feel even cozier — laughter, tea, and good company under cover while the rain fell outside.
