A getaway to That PNW Cabin
This newly engaged duo wanted to celebrate with a little getaway, and there’s no better spot for that than That PNW Cabin. I met them out there to document the next chapter of their story together, and we also made the quick drive over to Forks of the Sky State Park, a beautiful forested park along the North Fork of the Skykomish River.
Dramatic backdrops, minutes from the door
Part of what makes this cabin such a favorite location is how much variety is packed into a small radius. There’s plenty to shoot right at the cabin — the cedar wood-fired hot tub, the vintage trailer, the greenhouse — and just as many dramatic backdrops nearby. Canyon Falls is a short five-minute drive away, and Forks of the Sky State Park is only fifteen minutes further. It’s an incredible home base for a session like this.
