Some of my favorite images come from collaborations that let a dress, a venue, and a little creative styling take center stage, and this one, featuring a gown from Shop Gossamer at Middleton Place in Charleston, is exactly that kind of project.
Middleton Place is one of Charleston’s most romantic backdrops — sprawling gardens, live oaks, and light that filters through the trees in a way that feels made for editorial bridal work. Pairing that setting with a gown from Shop Gossamer made for a shoot that felt effortless and elegant from start to finish.
This series was beautifully captured by Kirsten Lynne Photography, and it was later featured in Magnolia Rouge’s roundup of simple and elegant garden portraits.
If you are dreaming of a garden-inspired bridal session or a brand collaboration of your own, I would love to talk through what that could look like.
Styling is half of what I love about a shoot like this one. You can rent veils and decor from my collection for your own day.
