If manifesting has ever felt like thinking positive thoughts and then waiting, I get it. Here’s the honest version: it isn’t magic, it’s strategy. When I say manifest like a leader, I mean acting like the person who already expects the result, and then doing the work to get there.
In this video I walk through the three steps I’ve used to get real results in my career and my life: confidence, expectation, and execution.
Confidence comes first because you won’t go after something you don’t believe you’re allowed to have. This isn’t about faking it. It’s about looking at what you’ve already pulled off and giving yourself credit, so the next thing feels possible instead of ridiculous.
Hoping for something and expecting it are different. Hope keeps the goal at arm’s length. Expectation changes how you act. You prepare, you make room for it, you talk about it like it’s coming. Other people pick up on that, and so do you.
This is where belief alone falls short. You still have to send the email, apply for the job, raise your prices, have the hard conversation. Execution is the unglamorous part, and it’s the part most manifesting advice skips.
You can use this for a new job, more money, better relationships, or something that’s entirely your own. Pick one thing. Then ask yourself three questions. Where am I low on confidence? Where am I hoping instead of expecting? What have I been putting off doing? Usually one of those is the real sticking point.
I share some of my own stories of this working in the video, so watch it for those, and then go pick your one thing.
Belief on its own usually isn’t enough. What works is belief paired with clear expectation and consistent action, which is the approach in this video.
Confidence, expectation, and execution. Believe it’s possible for you, act like you expect it, then do the work.
Hope waits. Expectation prepares. When you expect something, you make decisions as if it’s already on its way.
Yes. It works for a new job, a raise, or starting or growing a business. It works for relationships and personal goals too.
