Habit Nest is an action-oriented startup built around a simple idea: real change happens through small, consistent habits. When they needed product photography for their goal-oriented journals and companion app, I got to bring their brand to life through images that feel just as intentional as their products.
Habit Nest’s journals are designed to help people build good habits one day at a time, and that meant the photography needed to feel clean, purposeful, and approachable – the kind of images that make you want to sit down and actually use the product. From styled flat lays to close-up detail shots of the journals themselves, every frame was built to highlight the craftsmanship and intention behind the brand.
Good product photography does more than show what something looks like – it shows how it fits into someone’s life. For Habit Nest, that meant photographing their journals in a way that felt real and usable, not overly staged. It’s some of my favorite kind of commercial work: helping a brand I believe in look as good as their product actually is.
If you’re a brand or startup looking for product photography that feels intentional and true to who you are, I’d love to talk about your project.

Yes – I love working with brands like Habit Nest to create product photography that feels authentic and true to their story.
I’m based in the Pacific Northwest and available for commercial and product photography projects, including travel for the right project.
