Where it is
Gold Bar sits in the Cascade Mountains on the way to Stevens Pass, about 90 minutes from SEA airport. The cabin is in a gated neighbourhood and backs onto National Forest, so the creek at the bottom of the garden is the loudest thing you will hear.
Close enough that people drive out after work on a Friday. Far enough that phone signal stops mattering.
