I first met Fritz when I was traveling solo in Greece. He was part of a fun group of people that, over the course of ten days, became my friends, the kind you make on the road who feel like old friends within a day or two.

A friendship that turned into a wedding booking

Exactly three years later, I traveled with that same group to explore China, where I met his lovely fiance, Christopher, too. When they asked me to travel to Virginia Beach to shoot their wedding, it was a no-questions-asked yes. Some bookings come from ads or referrals; this one came from years of friendship, shared trips, and watching two people fall in love along the way. There is a special kind of trust that builds when your photographer has already shared a table, a hike, or a long travel day with you.
