My first stop in Australia was the little beach town of Bondi Beach, and it did not disappoint. Talk about a gorgeous swimming pool location — the ocean baths carved right into the coastline are unlike anything I’d shot before.
Easy vibes and even better food
Bondi has a laid-back, sun-soaked energy that’s easy to fall into. Poke bowls and pad Thai were never in short supply, and between the food and the coastal views, it was hard to leave.
Behind the shots
These were shot on my Canon 5D Mark III with a Sigma 24-70mm, my go-to combination for travel days when I need reliable, versatile glass without carrying half my bag around.
